What if Holmes fails to make a move?

What if Brad Holmes can’t strike a deal to get an edge before the trade deadline? What if other teams in the division trade for pass rush help similar to last year? If the moves are only patch work guys signed from other team’s practices squads? How will you feel about Holmes as a GM?
