I think Arnold has more time as a slot CB, but no way he isn’t starting outside IMHO. If they are serious about moving Branch to Safety, then this make sense. Rakestraw “might” be the plan at Nickle, same with Amik. But both of them really play outside. So IMHO there is a need for another vet at either Slot CB or S, depending on what they do with Branch. It seems that the staff does value versatility, but at the same time they seem to sort of try crosstraining, but then let a guy hone in on one spot to perfect the craft. They did it with Iffy to S and Branch to Nickle full time. But maybe they are ready to move Branch and are seeing themselves a bit thin at Nickle if they do. I’d rather leave Branch and go get Justin Simmons, but that’s me.
