That 5th round comp pick is still Iffy. Pun intended. It could be anywhere from 3 thru 7 or not even get one at all if Iffy doesn’t qualify. They should announce the comp picks soon. I think last year it was March 10th.

Where’s our 7th round pick from Houston for DMont?

2027 boss

You sure?

Huh, I guess the picture was wrong and you are correct.
The Lions will receive a 2026 fourth-round draft pick and a 2027 seventh-round pick, the sources said.

I just saw this on FB, not sure if it’s correct or not.

Only one thing is certain— Brad will be making a pick in the 3rd.

I would absolutely love to trade our first for a second and third. That’s my best case scenario.

I would love to trade our first for a quality starting player.

Who wants to get in front of the Vikings at #18 and why? If the Vikings sign Kyler Murray, Geno Smith or Kirk Cousins, probably no one.

17 is a really interesting spot. Brad could see someone he’s in love with start to fall a bit and be aggressive and go get them. At the same time, pro bowler Jack Campbell was had at 18 - so we know Brad can get a PB type talent here. Alternatively I could see him moving into the early 20s and pick up another asset. It really feels like a great spot for him.

Torn at 17. We have got to come away with a future starting OT. However, we desperately need an edge to unlock that defensive line and draw attention away from Hutch. It seems the blue chip edge talent almost certainly won’t be there at 50. But there might be a couple of decent OTs there in the second who could be groomed for a year and start in 2027. But that is a massive roll of the dice and if you miss out and all those OT guys go before your second pick, you’ve screwed yourself. But again, edge!!!

I think we are in a really good spot to get an OT with where we are at. Or even moving down a bit. With this years FA edge group, we should “solve” that spot there. Literally a dozen really good edge 2’s available. The Oline is the foundation of what has given this team the best record in the league since 2023.

There’s always the possibility of one of the second tier edges falling to the end of the first or day 2. In that scenario I wouldn’t mind at all if we traded 2027s 2nd rounder to grab the guy BH likes.

Why get a good 2 when you can get a 1B to go with 1A.

Because the Hendrickson’s, Crosby types aren’t worth what it takes to get them.

Would you seriously be upset with a Mafe, Paye, or Epenesa type as our edge opposite Hutch?

Why do some people only see elite names as success? Besides Maxx is ridiculous overrated considering what the Raiders want toove him and I could see Hendrickson completely falling off a cliff.

You seem to have taken that way to personally. Was a joke man
