Brad Allen’s crew faces increased scrutiny after a pair of missed pass…

Although people like Cowboys owner Jerry Jones believe bad calls are just part of doing business in the NFL, bad calls have consequences.

Parson’s has to be happy.

I’m pleased with this assignment. Brad Allen’s crew is one of the least flag throwing crews so far this season. They also appear to be pretty even handed between the home/away team, so hopefully no home cook’in.

Allen’s crew hasn’t officiated the Lions or the Cowboys yet this season, so it’s hard to get a feel for how they treat our specific teams.

The only thing that does worry me is the potential pressure they might feel over those missed DPIs. But Jacobs has been our biggest offender of DPIs this year (6), and depending on the status of his hamstring he may not see the field against Dallas.

meh-- Jerry already dropped off his bag of cash.
