One thing that does make me feel a little better.
Eagles are about 12th in offense and 11th in defense
While the lions are 5th in offense And 4th in defense

Eagles have a way of winning close games against good teams this season… In Philly, looks like good weather though… It’s gonna be a tough game… I think the Lions win a close one 27-24, just bc I believe in Dan has the offense on track

This is very tough, but I’m not surprised if Lions lose this one. However, I’m expecting a close one.
Lions 24, Eagles 27
Reason is, Jared Goff and the offense has lately been struggling when the pass rush has been dominant especially against Packers, Chiefs, and Vikings. Although you can make the case Lions OL’s kinda banged up or that the John Morton playcalling sucks, I think Lions will have a hard time winning it. As a realist Lions fan, I’m expecting it to be a very tight game.

I’m seeing a lot of 30+ point predictions for the Lions. The most points they’ve given up at home is 26 to the Rams, and only one team has scored more than 30 on them all year (their disastrous game in NY). I think over 30 is a bit aggressive. Their defense is no joke.
Im getting more and more nervous.
Money Line hasn’t budged much.

yea I guess that’s really the important thing to track, with all the gambling shit that’s going on, which would benefit vegas more?

Lions need to rush for 100 yards plus. Keep the eagles under 100 yards
rushing and win the turnover battle. (little worried about Goff in this one).

I think the Lions will put up a good fight. Not sure on the score. I’ve had this game circled since it was scheduled as the game I was most excited for this season. The Eagles and the Lions should have played last year for the trip to the Super Bowl but injuries derailed them. And even last year, I was curious if we stacked up with them well enough healthy.
Not only that, but this game has huge playoff implications. If the Lions win, they have the same record and the Lions win the tiebreak head to head. They lose, Eagles have a three game lead.
Lot of season to go still though and a tough schedule. Looking forward to this one a lot.

with no injuries and without a bunch of penalties, I think we win this game. It’ll help if the refs don’t steer this game !

The Eagles have won so many games they didn’t deserve, it’s uncanny. They are a great club. But IMO they have been very lucky too.
