Both guys are okay with their roles. Scottie is apparently a super nice human. He wants to be a HC. He is kinda on the role of Dan, ast head coach to head coach. He wasn’t very good at OC wherever he has been and he has that awareness to him. Tanner is comfortable with his role. The guy who is actively training and learning to get more responsibilities and wants them is fraley. He absolutely wants to be an OC. But his pass game knowledge is lacking, hence even seattle was gonna have two OC’s. Scottie has his eyes on a HC spot at some point.
