Brock Wright blocks at least as well as LaPorta? I certainly hope so.
I donāt know why Brock doesnāt get more love. Heās a Dan Campbell clone. He does everything heās asked to do at a Pro level.
He took over for Hockinson in 22, and thatās when we started winning. Not saying thatās why. Iām just saying he obviously didnāt hurt us, either.
High effort! From the word go until the whistle.
Weāre good!
I like where your head is at, but TeSlaa will likely not receive a bump in targets/action. I donāt want to be this guy but I know someone who knows someone and was told he is not even close to being ready to be a major contributor. I think heās having trouble with the playbook. Laporta cannot be replaced. Dan will just have to try to figure out a way to get others open in the intermediate range. My guy says āLeafā will likely surprise most with how much run he gets.
I want to be optimistic but I canāt see the Lions staying with Philly this time around. Champions always seem to rise up under the bright lights at home. Laporta and Joseph being out is a realll bummer. If they were in I could see a very tight game. Iāve got the Lions losing this one 38-20

Legion of Whom, come on down, you are the next contestants on the Price is Right

Man, I just thought we were getting healthier after the buy week
Seems like we all bought into the buy too much.
Did Arnoldās concussion happen in run support?
Nowhere near
In the past he did. This year he actually has been a huge liability.

Down 3/5 of the starting DBs and Amik is hampered⦠Depth is great with Harper, Ya Sin and Whiteside, we CANNOT suffer another injury to the back end though. Arnold/Reed/Kerby back by Thanksgiving hopefully
Iād much rather give some of these guys a week or two to get right so we have them for the long haul (starting with GB), than increase their likelihood of making it worse because of coming back too soon and then theyāre done for the stretch run. One of the reasons I have so much hope for this year is we are going to be getting guys back (assuming they can STAY back) for the most important of the season. Thatās a huge difference from last year when it seemed like everyone that dropped was done for the year.
I think we can win this game if we stay ahead of the sticks, but even if we donāt, Iām not going to overreact to one game in a tough road environment. If we lose, itās a huge blow to any hopes of getting the #1 seed, but Iāll still take a fairly healthy roster and getting hot at the end of the season as priority #1.
Overpriced and prone to flaming out?
If the Lions lose in Philly, itās really win the division or bust. Rest guys against NYG, the real push then starts against GB like you said
This is every dam week. Gets very frustrating. Team is snake bitten.
The problem is resting doesnāt help. These guys take turns go down
every week.
Freaking awesome and dead sexy?
