What exactly is preventing us from staying healthy like some teams?

Davenport and reed also likely out. The rest of them is think probably play. If Robertson is also out… woof

That sucks

Ouch. Could be a tough game on D

Man there’s a whole bunch of teams that have it worse than Detroit this year. But I feel ya.

Nobody had it worse than Detroit last year except maybe the 49ers. We were supposed to be due for a good year in that department.

It just appears worse because we see it every week.

The Lions have not lost one starter for the season.

At this point, “knock on wood” (or whatever gimmick you want to use for luck), the Lions will have their entire starting roster available for the playoffs.

That is if there are no new injuries the rest of the way.

LaPorta is such a massive part of this offense, but Brock Wright isn’t a slouch, either. I just wonder what this means for the offense w/o Goff’s security blanket.

IMO, the only difference between this year and last season is the time the injuries are happening. Last season, injuries began towards the beginning of the middle and continued through the playoffs. This season, the injuries have occurred in the offseason through the middle of the season.

Perhaps, "Getting guys ready for the season”, as they are getting older, not old. But older. Isn’t helping to ensure health for the season. Maybe they need to tweak their offseason program.

Positive outlook, run more 2 back sets and lots of touches for Jamo and maybe TeSlaa. LaPorta plays in the slot a lot. TeSlaa can block and he played a ton of slot in college

Going to need Nick Whiteside to step up again and forget he’s Nick Whiteside.

That “if” needs to be in a 72 pt font.

Maybe it’s an excuse to finally use Teslaa. I know he doesn’t play the LaPorta role but Teslaa has the size and hands to be a Goff security blanket. Against a defense like the Eagles though, LaPorta is vital so this is a really tough injury to have against that team.

And ugh, Arnold out too? The secondary injuries are ridiculous. This is going to be an extremely tough game to win.

I don’t know for sure, but I think Sla is not being used more because he may be having trouble learning exactly where to be and when to be there.

Why didn’t we keep Ertz around?

TeSlaa played 20 snaps last week. Those LaPorta 5 to 7 targets per game might just be his.

If we have any WR that can help in that hybrid role… It’s TeSlaa. He’s big. Can block with a large catch radius.

LaPorta essentially plays WR a lot for us in the slot

Omg!

The Legion is getting their work in. Now, we’re going to see just how good they are. I’m betting on the “Legion of Whom”!

In Dan’s morning presser, he talked about Jackson Meeks’ blocking chops and him taking reps at TE. Don’t be surprised if you see him in TE reps against the Eagles. He won’t get tons of separation, but he will get quick separation in short areas.

Dan spilled the beans..

I’m thinking they use teslaa more in that role. Goff trusts his hands. The third down role that is.
