Good write up on this guy, is one of my Favorite for this team.
I like Roberts and he may last until round 3 but I see no way he lasts until our pick in round 3. He generates so much power when he lines up wide and gets a running start and he brings bad intentions.
Yep, he will be a second Rd pic by draft time or top of the 3rd at lowest. There is so much to like about the guy. And after you watch him , go listen to him in a interview the guy is all football player.
It seems that some of the DL talent has to fall a bit just because of numbers, but we’ll see. The combine will sharpen the picture a bit, and I now think players like Jordan Phillips and Elijah Roberts who have seen spikes recently will settle back a bit, maybe snagging either at #101.
I wish I knew how to quit the draft, but I can’t. I put the blame squarely on @Thats2 and @CuriousHusker
I’m bored. If only there were grown men in spandex running and jumping that we could follow
Next week !!
Bah, what else do you gotta do? I mean besides life, family, job, projects, etc…?
Hi, Russell Brown. Thank you for visiting our message board. Don’t be shy. Go ahead and post.
My fatherly Nintendo Switch Caddy duties are going to cut into my draft prep
Phones are great for sneaky research. I’m looking up directions, or I’m looking up that thing we were just talking about, or I’m looking up lighter alternatives to the Switch, etc…
I don’t watch College football, so I don’t know squat about the prospects. I want to bolster the trenches on both sides of the ball in the top rounds of the draft. Right now you guys have me buying Donovan Jackson in the first and Elijah Roberts in the second.
Obviously there’s a lot of work that will be done to our roster prior to the draft with signing our own, picking up a player that could be a cap casualty prior to FA and of course FA itself…shoot there could be a trade(s).
You guys do a great job brining up players. I’m of the opinion that we need to bolster the lines on both sides of the ball. These guys seem like good fits.
The beauty this year is there are a lot of good options, especially for the DL (and ESPECIALLY the interior of the line). Not so much at OL but there are a few guys like Jackson at the top who are interesting.
Nope. Not unless you want eight year old hand slap related carpel tunnel.
Hear, hear.
Richard Simmons’ estate should get royalties from the NFL Scouting Combine.
I like him!
