Ours get skewed some by Bro Mart. He had the lowest RAS of any player drafted in 2023.

Mayhew was big on drafting players with high athletic traits. If I recall correctly we had the most athletic team in the NFL one year he was GM.
The problem was that we lacked football players. Guys who loved to play the game and instead had a roster full of Athletes.

Absolutely. Big difference with the current front office .
Priority 1 - must love the game and love to learn

Sub 5 - 40 is still damn good for a pocket passer.
Just slightly slower than, rogers, dak, mahomes,
Slightly faster than Cousins, mayfield, burrow.

When picking by dart throw RAS mean jack squat! Heck MM might have thought this was like golf where the lower the score the better.
Goff running a 4.8 is kinda shocking. With pads on he moves like Scott Mitchell.
