There will be a lot of guys being signed to minimum non-guaranteed contracts before Phase 1 of the offseason program begins April 15.
The Lions have to fill out the 90 man roster.
And then proceeded to post the lowest PFF grades of any CB on the Lions roster. (Not named Will Harris)
