I would say he’s more of an ASRB understudy.

Greg dortch and Lovett right now
Dorch #4 for a year or 2 then it’s the Law show #4
I would say he’s
Our new Kick Returner
Tom Kennedy gets cut, then to the practice squad again in December
Dorch #4 for a year or 2 then it’s the Law show #4
Yeah he can learn from dortch for a year. Re-signing Dortch next year with a healthy and developing law on the roster seems rich.
I figure they’ll want to go with a different ‘type.’ I don’t see how Lovett makes the team now though.
Them Georgia 7th round boys on the PS now
Wr wasn’t on my bucket list.
Reminds me of Theo Riddick.
I do wonder if this means that Kennedy will now be the one doing the assassinating.
RushDad:
The Lions must see something special here because they swapped two picks to move up to get him. I suspect they believe coaching can make him a productive player besides just kick returns.
Do you know what the odd of either of those two picks making the team would have been?
Something between 0.0 and 0.5At least this guy has a legit shot to be #5 WR and play ST
yeah… agree… giving up pick #213 isn’t exactly a high price to move up for the guy they wanted.
Law looks like a running back to me.
I don’t consider this much production. 3 years at 100 yards receiving, and one at 500. Total of 4 TD for his entire 4 year career. For comparison since Jman said he’s the new Dortch, Dortch had like 1100 yards and 8 TD his last year.
Hopefully he kills it at KR. He’s a Tom Kennedy replacement/backup more than anything.
He was mainly ST at Alabama.
He played receiver a good bit during 2023 IIRC. He wasn’t very good at it.
He’s Gibbs size coming out
1.5 inches taller… but about same weight (4 pounds heavier).
Would be interesting if they plan to use him at RB at times.
Reminds me of Theo Riddick.
nearly same size…
but Law ran 4.45 in the 40.
Riddick ran 4.68 in the 40.
What’s the saying? Gotta block if you want the rock? Or something. Maybe the Lions are throwing some outside zone in the mix more than the past.
Mr_Bob_Dobalina:
Did nothing at WR over 4 years
I just read he lead Kentucky in catches, yards, and TDs. Sounds like production…
Don’t F with his narrative by dropping Truth Bombs on him
He’s a 5th round pick, dude …
Law looks like a running back to me.
I was seeing a little bam knight. I wonder if he trains at RB?
