Um-kay. I guess I’m happy for them. I confess I wanted Brazil to win a beautiful game. I have to say that celebration exhibits all the joy, excitement and, I dunno, verve of the most boring person I know on the entire planet, who happens to be Norwegian.

Agree. I met a Norwegian girl on a retreat. We became fast friends and went on a long road trip after the retreat. She is 20 years younger and it was platonic but we had the time of our lives and she even came back two years later and we did it again. We are in regular contact to this day. Norwegians are fine people.
We have a group of Norwegian Special Needs educators that come for Special Training every 4-5 years. Soooo much fun. Radiant, joyous people. I have heard similarly about the Danes but have less experience. I’ve met quite a few Swedes through an ex of mine and find them to be far more reserved.
Haaland is an absolute UNIT. I am not sure I have watched a dude dominate “futbol” quite like he does. He is not a flopper but rather a damn fuulback plowing guys under. An absolute beast of a player. He has single handedly carried Norway out of the dark ages of soccer into the light. If Norway wins again he should 100% get a statue. And if Norway made the finals or won this thing he should be retired and left to breed…seriously. They need to spread his seed far and wide throughout Norway. I am sure other Countries will beg for samples and I guess they could sell it for a nifty profit.
