I remember watching the game that Strahan broke the record, and there is no doubt in my mind that it was choreographed.
It’s funny that he blames Favre for his lack of being in the HOF though. He’s not there because he was one of the most selfish players ever in the NFL. He’s the total opposite of a Homes/Campbell player.

Im sure Brett Favre is human and he’s made some mistakes.
Who even knows the real story on who knew what about that Medicare fraud stuff.
And sending a dick pic to a young girl that resembles your wife when she was that age,I’m sure he’d like to have that one back.

Gastineau was pretty famous in NYF for being a prick. 
Favre responded to this on Twitter, and basically stated what Gastineau’s issue is that he didn’t make a lot of money in the league. He relies on making money from these trading card/signing events, and losing the sack record hurt him financially. I also thought I read Gastineau was suffering from memory issues. It’s all around unfortunate. I don’t think Favre meant any harm, obviously, but clearly Gastineau took it that way.

Please note that Mark Gastineau announced back in 2017 that he was diagnosed with both Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. This interaction is most definitely influenced by those.
