“All we ask of him is growth”… I’ve said this from day 1. this is what so many of us were missing, especially early on.

Love how he acknowledges Goff’s growth too. Goff REALLY grew from his first season here to his second, even though it was harder to see because of the amount of pressure he was under in his first season here. In his second season here, you could see it very, very clearly, especially in leadership. Goff showed up as the best version of himself late in the third season, and I think there is even more to come.

Just think, this team went to the NFC Championship and arguably should have gone to the Super Bowl with some coaches that 'weren’t fits" .
