I really have nothing against MSU grads. We have 8 or 9 of them that work at Walmart right up the street, and 2 more that work at the car wash.
They all seem very friendly.

Buddy, the way you “ask a question” is passive aggressive and condescending… It’s gonna elicit a negative response most of the time. A lesson I’ve learned the hard way is… It’s not what you say, it’s HOW you say it. I know you’re programmed to be a negative person, but just take a beat before pushing post and think about how you’d feel if someone talked to you, how you’re talking to them. Bc mostly, they respond in kind and you get your panties in a bunch. Love ya man, just bring it down a notch.

Hell…I even found myself rooting for UM Basketball this past year because of what Dusty did. I also happen to like the name Dusty…and I am supposed to HATE YOU GUYS!

Marty you know it’s not even just about this question. It’s just your demeanor. We get it, you don’t like UofM and really don’t want them to be great at basketball too because then MSU will have nothing.

You said msu has nothing besides basketball. Womans gymnastics pretty good as well. Msu went through a rough patch in hockey.
I can’t stand it either. I’m all for the kids getting paid but I hate having to root for an entirely new team every year.

In Marty’s defense, he’s taken a long break from this board in the past because it can be toxic. It was best for his mental health at the time. All he’s really guilty of here is being a massive UM hater. Which let’s face it, most Spartys are 
I recall many couldn’t stand the Hutch pick and predicted bust just simply because of MSU hatred. Which I really don’t understand. I’ll take a Sparty star all day…don’t care at all who they played for in college. Heck my favorite team to get college players from is OSU 
Spartys are just built bitter towards Michigan…which makes them an insufferable fanbase. The irony of that is MSU projects that on Michigan as well…which is just that, projection
