From what I read on3 mis spoke when they said it was a state law. It was just a michigan thing that got a waiver. But cannot speak with 100% certainty.

Yea don’t doubt it. I’m not expecting much from Michigan next year with the tough schedule and a lot of new players. This will give us time to evaluate Moore. Not a guarantee he lasts the life of the contract.
