As our front office and coaching staff take shape, my eyes keep diverting from an established member of our new leadership triad.

“The Triad” is our newly minted foundational leadership core of Brad Holmes, Dan Campbell and Mike Disner.

Disner is an interesting piece due to his experience and acknowledgement by his peers and even the “talkin heads” that he highly regarded in league circles.

Many posters including myself felt relief that his role was increased to give Brad Holmes more room to do what he does well with finding new talent for our team.

I truly don’t much if anything about Disner.

So I thought a thread to get some info out there about him and of course see what folks think about him. All I really know is he apparently is good at contract negotiations.

Hey 54, well done!!

I’m sitting in the waiting for my son to finish a procedure and I had a good laugh…louder than I thought. I look up and several moms are looking at me. I said…my bad I’m a Lions fan…just an inside joke.

Their eyes glazed over and they all went back to ignoring me.
