This mock has the same player mocked to different teams.

Players names wrong.

I was able to see this without a subscription but when I hit the link it doesn’t let me see it. If they are charging for this type of content it is horrible.

It’s clear that he meant to put Byron Murphy in at 18, not clone Johnny Newton, but a professional writer is supposed to catch those types of glaring errors. My great grandfather was a proof reader for a newspaper until he was in his 90’s, and these types of mistakes always stick like a popcorn hull behind my teeth, irritating.

In fairness he’s been very open and vocal about hating mock drafts. But he’s also got a boss to please and many of us know what that’s like

I like Kyle.

You are an exceptional editor…hope you are proud.

I make no claims on being a literary expert, but most of the errors I see these days were covered in junior high English, and would have produced a failing grade in high school journalism. Yes, it’s irritating to see people get paid to be absolute hacks at their profession.

There’s an old Japanese proverb that states: Dedicate yourself to the perfection of what you do everyday.

Too many people dedicate themselves to ‘good enough’.

So Kyle must be trolling his boss: “Kyle, where is that Mock 2.0 at? You’ve been sitting on it for days. Our suckers…errrr…subscribers pay for fresh content and my daddy…errrr…advertisers are expecting those click-thru’s daily!”

Kyle: 'No problem, boss, I’m ready to hit print right now." prints another in a sea of worthless mock drafts with obvious errors that AI would not have generated. Just to stick it to the man. And Lions’s fan base couldn’t care less when picking at their lowest spot ever
