I had fun with this one. I made some trades to move back in the 1st to grab two of my favorite prospects. Faulk and Proctor.

Zxavian Harris is the Bro-Mart type. DT 6’8 330lbs, Arm 34 5/8’’
Tacario Davis is a 6’4 corner.
Jeff Caldwell is a 6’5 216lb WR who ran a 4.31
Adam Randall is a 6’3 230lb RB who ran a 4.5 37inch vertical and benched 26 times. He was a WR so he has pass catching ability, and he also looks like he can be that power back this team needs.
Tyreak Sapp is one of those 6’2 270lbs guys Brad seems to like that can play inside or edge.
With Jimmy Rolder from Mchigan I wanted to make sure I got at least one LB.

In case you haven’t noticed, yeah i like bigs.

I think if I had to do this one over again, I would go with the OG Rutledge instead of Mike Washington. Washington was my indulgence pick. I really like him. But I think Rutledge would end any of my concerns about OG (not completely sold at LG). I tried to double up at OT and DE. I think Jacas probably gives us a good enough starter from day one who fits our profile there. Crawford might not be a traditional fit but it’d be nice to have a “hair on fire” type on rushing downs who might overlap with Barnes. I don’t expect Freeling to be there, so really this was a trade down with Cle expecting them to want to jump Pitt for Simpson. So plug in Blake Miller or Max I there, more realistically. Or even Proctor. Barrett as a NT depth. Styles has traits and is a good special teamer. I really like Nwaiwu as a developmental guy, might be a center. Missed on starter weakside, Sorey as a flyer.

Any draft that gets us Downs is a huge win to me, and at least with Bell you’ve got an upside tackle who also happens to be a gigantic human being without spending too much on him.

I’m not Rodriguez’s biggest fan for us, but I know you love your MIKEs like Schwesinger last year. I just don’t think he has enough juice to hold up as a WILL, no matter how he tested. He didn’t on tape anyway. Jack eliminates us from taking a lot of these MIKEs, especially since we brought back Rodrigo (who by the way would make things way too confusing). He will be a really good MIKE for somebody somewhere though.

You certainly seem to have a soft spot for gigantic CBs

Trying to find that next Christian Gonzalez. I think those 2 CBs on day 3 are worth dart throws.

This draft OT when early so we get a look at what else it could be for us…

In round 2 Ponds & Cisse were gone.

Coulda went Moore DE I guess?

But yeah, this is the approach if we don’t get OT one ,

It’s Dunker round 2 or this …

Bell Day 3 and Parker Day 3 , idk much about him but Duke has been churning out some good OL play as of late

I personally think Dunker is an OG all the way. Again, at least on tape, he really had some stiffness/movement issues. He has looked a lot better moving during the process, but I always trust the tape first unless I hear he was hurt or something, which I haven’t.

Gonna be a really good guard though.

I’m not as big a fan of Parker as some, but that’s good value for him. Whatever big board you used has him more properly rated, I’ve seen him listed as a 2nd rounder some places and that’s mad to me. He’s not in my top 100, but not terrible far from it. Probably around 150. My favorite C prospect is Hecht - he was awesome at the Senior Bowl and iOL who crush the Senior Bowl usually hit - but he’s gotten pretty expensive. I like Lew quite a bit too.

I think 50 is a little too high for Moore personally, but I get it. I’ve done enough mocks where the choice at 50 isn’t great, a lot of guys I really like have just come off the board. Of course you know in the actual draft a few of them will be there.

There aren’t a lot of Christian Gonzalez’s lol. I’d be pretty surprised if another one came out of this draft. But maybe there’s another Carlton Davis or Christian Benford.

Slim pickings it’s seems there. Coulda been a good spot to grab a center but now we’ve added 2, probably need to wait until day 3 for IOL.

I like Cisse, Ponds, Rodrigo2, and Dunker if he checks out for RT.

Other than that, pick 50 woulda been better used for Trey lol

I’d still use it for Greenard, but the stupid interim Vikings GM won’t deal in the division. He would be so perfect for us opposite Hutch.

I like Malachi Lawrence, Gabe Jacas, Dani Dennis-Sutton, Zion Young and TJ Parker, and a couple of them might be available there.

If we don’t use it to trade up

Then pick #50 Tra Downs

You know I’d love it. I’d gladly swap it for two 3rd rounders.

I think Lew may fall into the 4th even though when healthy he’s probably the best OC in this draft. Where do you think Kaled Elarms-Orr goes?

Double trade down like we did pick 55 hock pick

Get a 3,4,5 when it’s all said and done.

Have some ammo to move around and do somethings

Right, he really needs to be watched cause he’s becoming more and more of a value. He’s so young and already added like 20 pounds, so he’s no longer that smaller guy he was coming into the season. I’m really surprised he didn’t go back. He’s probably my #2 C but might be my favorite option due to the value over Hecht.

So hard to say on these athletic LBs, like who saw the Bears taking Hyppolite in the 3rd last year? And KEO is a better player.

The thing is if he played to his testing he would be one of the few guys in this class who fits our type of WILL, provided we still refuse to go the glorified safety/overhang/Kyle Louis route. My issue is I don’t see that type of testing on tape. At least not in short areas… which I suspect is why he skipped the agilities. He really struggles to avoid blockers and can’t change direction nearly as quickly as say, a Rodriguez.

All of that said, if we’re talking, late 4th/5th? Yeah I’d be fine with that. Should be a plus special teamer too.

Frankly if we check off T, DE and DB early enough, I’m fine pushing those picks into next year. I’d love to in fact.
