I hope Ramsey pushes the Rams towards the Lions only and they accept a little less to send him off as a salary dump. More organizations are starting to take their vet players preferences into consideration when moving on.

I expect Holmes will show little interest.
If the market for him fades considerably, maybe he jump in for a bargain. Nothing else.
