My Computer Power Rankings

So I made a power ranking system based on what they use here in Ohio for the High Schools.
Its 2 levels of points.
Level 1 is simple. You win 7 points loose 0. Tie 3.5.
Then divide the total by games played.
Level 2 is more complex.
The winner gets the loosing teams level 1 points times the number of loosing team wins. Then divide the total by 17.

Then add level 1 and 2 together.

Basically combine strength of schedule and wins.

SOV and Close losses mean nothing.

Seattle - playoff team
Atl - trash IMO
