Garrett is the one guy I always said was actually good enough to move a lot for (as opposed to most of the guys suggested on here), but I suspect Cleveland wouldn’t do the deal unless a young edge was tossed back their way.

So the question is, would any of you have done it if we had to include Hutch?

I wouldn’t trade Hutch for Garrett even if it was a straight swap. Obviously Garrett is the better played, but Hutch is 5 years younger.

Yeah because “Jared Verse” is so much better than the best MLB in football and another first round pick.

I guarantee the fact that they’re getting a young edge back was a key to it being LA instead of say, Philly. So, would you have given up Hutch to get the deal done?

I don’t know why the Rams didn’t prioritize retaining their own young talent. Our trophy collection demonstrates that that’s the correct way to build a team.

Rams have very little time left with Stafford at the helm. It’s now or never for them. We still have a good 5-6 years of being able to exploit Goff.

I hated the Gardner trade for the Colts last year, and there is proof of me saying as much on this board. That trade was always stupid for them. Going all-in around Daniel Jones was just dumb, even if he stayed healthy.
