Nelson not tendered

OL in the 2nd round maybe even the first

There’s a good chance he’s re-signed for at or near league minimum. Just depends if there is another team that thinks he’s worth more than that.

He could be re-signed, but either way, I think it’s a sign that we all should be able to recognize… the Lions need a better back up situation at OT.

I was thinking that may be the plan, but think he gets interest from some teams

I believe the tender is more expensive contract wise. He may still be back cheaper.

RFA tender was $2.6M minimum, but his minimum salary for 2023 is $1,010,000.

Thx for that! 2.6M is a lot for Matt Nelson, completely understand the move. Offer him 1.5 or so.

We didn’t swipe right on his Tinder?

Be careful on Tinder! Some of those ladies, aint all ladies. So, I heard of course.

Probably vet minimum, but maybe a little more than that.

Your “comfort zone” with a player like Matt is that at this point you know what he can and can’t do.
