Amazing that there were 8 teams worse than the Lions, but since it apparently encompasses the Caldwell years, it makes more sense.

Browns and Jags have lost the most games in the last 10 years. But I’d take their records over the Lions because both teams still somehow won a playoff game in that stretch.
