Roger is basically trying to do the opposite of what you are saying…
To me it looks like he’s defending those who own all the marketing for gambling sites by trying to shut down Kalshi and make it gambling not predicting markets.
He’s trying to say it is gambling . Which means more gambling.
Kalshi is gambling. He is saying to should be regulated like gambling. My response to that would be, “well yeah, duh.” It’s just more big tech legislative arbitrage.

If Roger wanted to kill or neuter the gambling plague he would do something about his sponsors & marketing.
This doesn’t do anything …except stop or detour people from using Kalshi to gamble.
Kalshi… of course does not have any advertising or sponsorship with the NFL.
Sooo Roger isn’t doing anything here , except that
