NFL Week 5: Gameday Thread

Mostly wondering to what benefit the Lions can get out of this week from a trade perspective.

If Bengals lose, does Trey Hendrickson become available? If Raiders lose, would they part with Maxx? If Jets lose, do they finally unload Haason Reddick?

Any others?

All of the above. Let’s trade for all 3 and figure it out.

Cap space, schmap smace.

I would want Maxx most, but would be thrilled with any

Watching our division rivals a bit. Also want to sneak a peak at Dallas to confirm my suspicions that they are ass.

Vikings continue to surprise me. Kind of reminds me when they won all those games and then the next year they lost all of those games.

I do not give one, single, solitary ■■■■ about cap space. If we’re truly Super Bowl or bust, AND one position short, cap space (to me) is irrelevant. You just go for it, and figure it out later.

Maybe I wasn’t clear?

We’re on the same page on this

Vikes hangin in there, last I saw with a minute 20 in the game. aww damn Vikings win.

Mother Hubbard!

Every single Lamar Jackson game I’ve watched, I’ve walked away wondering why anyone in the world would knock his passing ability.

Until today.

Throwing passes like a rookie.

Do we watch the same organization? I see absolutely 0% chance that reddick ever wears Honolulu blue based on his holdout and comments

Damn Bears got 2 cupcakes in the 1st five games with Titans and Panthers at home…. plus the underwhelming Colts.

.

It would have been nice to see them play some decent teams and start in a hole… now they’re looking at 3-2 even though they have largely been crap so far.

Redzone should be banned from showing Dolphins Pats

Stroud is perfect against the Bills…
while Allen is 1-9 so far…. :eyes:

Brisker just murdered a Panther

Bears just got a fumble recovery after Brisker’s helmet to helmet hit knocked Tommy Tremble out cold.

If the NFL is serious about player safety…

they might need to consider a dead ball situation when helmet to helmet hits cause obvious head injuries.

Offense keeps the ball.

That would discourage big hits to the head…
regardless if a player is deemed to be “vulnerable”.

Bears playing former Lions OL guy Tommy Kraemer for the Swift non-TD run.

That was not intentional. Brisker lowered, then the TE did. I was actually ok with that not being a flag, and I want the Panthers to win

Oh yeah dude, I was agreeing with you.
