Wow, can’t imagine the emotional rollercoaster…
I am glad he got to tell her before she passed. It’s a tough moment, but he will always carry that with him. The night before my Dad passed away, I got to tell him he didn’t have to worry about me and money anymore. He was always worried about me and making sure I was good for the future. I don’t know how much he understood, but at least I got to tell him.
