OBJ released by Dolphins

To latch on with a contender? Maybe KC? Otherwise, he hasn’t been the same since the Super Bowl injury.

For as much of a diva as he was, I really do feel bad for him. Injuries completely changed his career.

OBJ is also the first superstar guy I really remember watching develop in the NFL (I think I was in 4th/5th grade when he made that catch), so the fact that he’s on his way out sooner or later means I’m getting older :sob:

I’m guessing you are older than you’ve ever been. :innocent:

He’s fully cooked… 9 catches all season

Dude… you are in no way old… wait till the majority of the league is younger than you. I also am not “old” for this board but you are certainly on the youthful side, enjoy it while you can

Barring injury, I don’t know what contender would want him. He should probably pounce on the first opportunity he gets so he can show teams if he has anything left in the tank for next season.

Just after graduating college, I went through the Darryl "“What does a coach have to do around here to get fired?” Rogers era of 18-40 and some of the most boring offensive (in both senses) football you’re ever going to see.

You’re lucky to be young and living in the best version of the Lions.

He really hasn’t had a good season since 2019. Time to retire.

He should put on weight and be a TE, it would just be fun to watch him try as he leaves body parts on the field… ya at this point he should retire… unless

He very well could have won Super Bowl MVP. And if that injury doesn’t happen, the Rams probably win by 3 touchdowns.

He’s washed up.

Pretty sure his career is over. Age and health seem to have caught up to him and Allen Robinson.
