4:25 Game this week.
I am hoping this is a prelude to this years Super Bowl. I would love nothing better than to see these two teams make it to the big show.
The Lions (32.1 PPG) and Bills (30.5 PPG) ranking first and second in the NFL in scoring offense face off in what should be a shootout at FF. That means we need our defense to have a big game. If we can keep them out of the endzone and force FGs instead of TDs then I like the Lions chances.
The Bills (10-3) and Lions (12-1) enter this matchup with a combined win percentage of .846, tied for the fourth highest entering a matchup in Week 15 or later since the 1970 merger, per ESPN Research.
So this is going to be an epic battle.
Josh Allen is the leagues odds on favorite to win the MVP. If Goff outperforms and outshines him then maybe Goff can unseat him in the race.
Goff has completed at least 75% of his passes seven times this season, which is tied for the second most in a season all-time behind Tom Brady (eight in 2007) one more game and Goff will go down in the history books.
I believe turnovers are going to be a factor in this game. The Bills are the most opportunistic team in the NFL at creating turnovers. We have to be smart and protect the Football.
Other games we want to watch and root for this week.
Saints over Washington 1pm Fox
Steelers over Eagles 4:25 Fox
Seahawks over Packers SNF 8:20 ESPN
Bears over Vikings MNF 8pm ABC
I’m expecting a close game for the Lions but AGs defense steps up big to pull out another Lions win.
Lions 31 Bills 27
