Yes to Sawyer in the 3rd in this draft is arguably a yea to Sawyer in the 2nd.
The energy Hutchinson and him would bring to the defense, would be fun to see

Iām very happy with T Williams as the Lionās selection.
OSUās Dline coach comparing his movement skills (they are plus) to Aaron Donald (they arenāt on that level) is another great example of why I am right in saying that T Williams didnāt have a great position coach in college. Which is exciting, his ceiling is even higher because more for our Lionās staff to tap into

Another reason day 2 is better than day 1 is the picks are much faster.

Again, heās not ranking them based on where he thinks theyāll be drafted. Heās drafted them based on how good he thinks theyāll be.

Thatās true of so, so many guys though, kind of one of the beauties of this class. Jack Sawyer doesnāt have a monopoly on playing with a hot motor.

The Lions tend to put an emphasis on football playersāeven if it doesnāt always make the most sense. This can be seen in the picks of Campbell, Kerby, LaPorta, Branch, probably others. I think Sawyer fits this perfectly. Heās my guess for who Brad moves up and nabs, even though some will say it was a reach.
