Do the Lions have no ability to restructure the contracts of some of high payroll guys to free up money during free agency? I’m thinking Goff, Sewell and ARSB.

Teams must be under Cap I think before they can sign Wednesday. Lions are under now they don’t have to rework any contracts to sign players Wednesday. I think there is date in like August they have to be at Cap. What I am saying an think its correct we can be over cap to reach agreements as long as we are under Monday . We don’t need to rework contracts right now we can but if under i think Monday we are ok.
