With Gibbs needing a TD to break Barry’s record I think the Lions will be motivated to set him up for one. I hope it doesn’t happen too soon.
I think Gibbs will run hard today. Harder than normal and that could lead to some big runs early on.
The key to winning this game is to keep Stafford on the sidelines. Long sustained drives and create some turnovers.

Absolutely need to be on the plus side in TO margin. Plus high efficiency on high leverage downs. On both sides to varying extents.
I think Hallett is an X factor here. He was highly instinctive and opportunistic in college.
Go Lions! My old man is starting to show a few signs of improvement today after his stroke last week. He is excited for the game. I got his Hutchinson jersey ready to go for him. So Hutch better have 3 sacks.

Need a fast start. This game has the makings of a shootout. Try to get up early and maintain the lead. Need to keep the pressure on them. Football Intelligence, situational awareness and execution on all three phases for the win.
This team has to play for its post season life today.
How he plays will definitely define how good the defense can or can’t be.
On the opposite side of the ball tight end Shane Zylstra and running back Sione Vaki are both active today. I’m looking forward to seeing more of what these two can do.
Vaki in the passing game is a sneaky lever that we’ve yet to pull. Just hard to find him reps even when healthy.
