*** Official NFL Playoff week 2 discussion thread ***

I bet the niners wish they were playing Tampa this week. Maybe they should let the top seed pick their opponent. That would create some great animosity and locker room material.

Considering the weather they are playing in, how do you think Goff would be playing?

Deebo out of the game!!

So do I

Doesn’t mean I would bet us to win if the Packers beat the 49ers
I wont beat it. Because I couldn’t bet us to win on the Moneyline

If we play Love I hope James Houston is ready to roll next week at the latest.

I’m not afraid of the Pack if we have to play them again…but I’m still pulling the turkey giblets they shoved up the Lions fans collective asses on Tday, that was bad…rrrreealllll baaaaad…

LMAO

I am just realistic

Some hear are blinded from reality.

The Packers win tonight and they are the hottest team in the NFC having beat the #2 Seed and the #1 Seed on the road and there is no reason to think they can’t beat the #3 seed in the road.

Other than people being a homer and talking out of blind fandom

God Damn right Karl

Next match…it gets ugly for GB

Bravo Sir

Let’s see if the Lions win tomorrow,

They will have beaten the “hottest team in the NFC” Rams no one wanted to play who were 7-1 in their previous 8.
They will have beaten the “hottest team in the NFC” Bucs who were 6-1 in their previous 7.
They will be facing a team who is again the “hottest team in the NFC”, who only beat them by 7 the last time they played despite +3 in turnovers

Every team the Lions play is the “hottest team”

Here is why I think it is slightly different, GB is a divisional game for us, we see them twice a year every year, so we know them slightly better.

BUT…you have good points about them being the hottest team if they beat SF tonight

What’s the injury? I have the game on but no audio

I think they are the best team in the NFC…RIGHT NOW.

Not Sept and Oct

Right now.

We are the #3 Seed and worked our ass to beat #6 seed at home.
If they win tonight they beat the #2 Seed and #1 Seed on the road
And kicked the shit out of us on TDay

This aint the Sept Green Bay Packers with Jordan Love still figuring things out

So going into this game we were thinking it was better to play GB because SF was SF. Now we’re like “oh shit!!”

Previous game was 10-10 at half between a hot QB against a juggernaut team. How’d that work out?.

I get that Purdy is no Lamar, but the first half in both games have been very similar.

Shoulder

So much for questionable. That dude is out.

7 points while being +3 in turnovers? They were outgained in yards and TOP. They literally won because Jared Goff fumbled 3 times.

Bravo Sir

Agree. GB is not better than Detroit.

IF we GB wins here, and IF we destroy the Bucs tomorrow, I feel bad for the Vegas odds makers in Lions v Pack champ game…not sure how there would even be a spead either way, could easily be a pick 'em game.
