These settings put a lot more players on the waiver wire in play so there’s going to be a lot of opportunity for guys to rebuild their rosters from injury or non-performance or change in strategy

Do you guys have a N/A slot?

Nope just positions and injured list. In some leagues you can acquire in a players which essentially are minor leaders and hold them on your bench which is basically what kind of Griffin is doing right now

We play with one NA slot so everyone has the chance to hold a minor league prospect without costing a roster spot.

I thought about it but I guess I didn’t end up adding it.

Whoever has Cody Ponce… Just blew his knee out on live tv.

Feel so bad for the guy… But the show must go on.

He was amazing in Korea last year

Lord have mercy on my soul– my first thought-”Hey, maybe this means more starts for Eric Lauer!” I blame Fantasy baseball.

That’s quite the trade there @Mike0618

Can we veto trades. That trade isn’t even close to being fair

I actually wondered that too Marty.

Could be okay if Ohtani’s pitching arm stays healthy. That’s a big if though

I dont think hes going to pitch a lot. Soto is a top 5 player in league. All 3 of those players aren’t even top 100. Ohtani can be as a sp but his value is more in hitting. Why waste his talents pitching

This is my 3rd year playing fantasy baseball and I play in 3 leagues each year. I have only seen a league fall apart 2 times and both of them was because of lopsided trades.

I’m gonna say the same thing to you guys that I said repeatedly to my own friends during last fantasy football season who were pissed when I made a bunch of trades.

  1. There is and was nothing stopping you from seeing what players may be available
  2. There was nothing stopping you from submitting your own offers to people to see how they react to them
  3. Two managers have to agree to every trade. Someone has to click “accept” every time a trade happens.

This league has vetos off because I don’t want to have to agree myself to a deal two other managers already agreed to. If two managers agree to a trade that’s good enough for me.

As for this deal, the only person who could have possibly vetoed it (if I had vetoes turned on) was me, and for obvious reasons I wouldn’t have done that.
