They’re talking about strategy. There’s not a literal limit.

You have to have at least 20 innings pitched or you lose every pitching category that week.

At the bottom of your team page it tracks innings pitched for you.

Its to keep people from having one good start then benching all their pitchers.

Speaking of strategy, I’ve changed my team’s pitching strategy probably four different times now and I still have no idea what I should really be doing.

My pitching is pretty screwed now with Skubal and Crochet out though. If I can somehow stay competitive till when Skubal gets back I should be in business.

This is done so you can’t just use like one or two relievers and get a 0.00 ERA with 6.0 innings pitched per week.

Oh really. Didn’t not know that. Thank you

20 innings is fine. It’s low, but high enough to keep the all reliever crowd mostly honest. My other yahoo leagues do 35 and it can get twitchy making innings a few weeks a year.

Quality SP is going to be verrrry valuable as the first month wonders start getting lit up and all these high end dudes smoked on IL for months.

That describes my whole pitching staff right now lol. I took a bunch of injured guys later in the draft though that should solidify my staff for the stretch run. Cole, Snell, Rodon, and Hunter Greene. 3 of those guys should be back soon.

Cole/Hader/Strider in my other leagues…yup.

Friggin Valdez single handedly put my pitching stats in the dumpster this week.

Cristopher Sanchez gave me his best yesterday when his best was required.

This is the first lead I’ve had in three weeks.

Yo - your ace showed up and your bats lighting it up.

If anyone needs a middle infielder who gets on base, can steal bases, and has some power, Bryson Stott is available.

Several of you know well by now I’m looking for an outfielder.

I also have excess saves if someone needs a 2nd closer type of guy.

Who is the second closer type?

Tanner Scott-Junis? However, I liked how he worded that…not a full blown closer but a type of kind of closer. Invented a new player category. Instead of closer, a hoser or a poser. LOL

Megill was a closer. Tanner Scott is a closer for the next 3 months. Junis is sometimes a closer.

All three of them can get you saves and holds, which is valuable.

You have to give him credit. That was very savy.
