I like the doubling up on CB, I just disagree on who that 2nd CB should have been. But I am watching from a couch, so I guess what do I know.

I really hope Brad plans a spend a little money in FA after the draft. We need to get another WR (Boyd?), someone who can backup both tackle spots, and another safety. May also look to add someone like Calais Campbell.

Anyone could be a number one “if they pan out.” If you’re going to call people out for disagreeing just pick a side and have conviction without leaving yourself a back door.

Both Dane and Daniel had him around 70s in their final ramkings. Something came up whether just concerns with the tape or body or instead Medicals or attitude. But he tumbled down the in the know guys list right at the end of the prospect.

He only gave up 21.8 yards per game last year with only 1 TD scored on him. I wonder how the passer rating against stat has translated over the years from college to the pros.
I mean i had Renardo Green higher, but I’m trusting Brad. According to EJ Snyder he was actually targeted the lowest amount of any top CB in the class. I guess the biggest issue is his lack of ball production.

What this confirms, I’d think, is that we are planning on extending or resigning Decker. They aren’t going to find starting quality tackles at #164.

That is inaccurate, maybe we have different definitions of a #1 corner. I’ll be specific, Rakestraw has the gifts to be a lock down corner ala Sauce Gardner, if he can put it all together. Most players don’t have the combination of traits to be that guy.
I liked Green as well. I would have felt better about that. It’s never a safe bet disagreeing with BH but that’s my stance and I’m sticking to it.

cand really judge him until like year 3. It took Barnes that long till he actually came into his own. Some benefit of the doubt should be given, but i wont lie compared to Arnold hes more flawed as a prospect.
