Any concerns here?
If trading 41 and 88 for Kool-Aid is genius…
I don’t see it, but yay mock drafts!
The Bills would probably want more, for example:
For No. 28 overall, GB sends Nos. 41 & 58 and the Bills kick back No. 128 overall.
I have to admit that I’d probably be a little miffed if that happened. Of course this mock only shows the Packers picks, so we don’t know who the Lions were still able to get. It’s hard to gauge any response unless we know who the Lions picked.
But even so, if this was how the Packers draft turned out that’d be a pretty good haul for them…
Barton, OL, Duke
McKinstry, CB, Alabama
Cooper, LB, Texas A&M
Bishop, S, Utah
Fisher, OL, Notra Dame
Well now the lions know ….
Packers should have taken Branch last year but ended up letting us have him. Not worried about what they do. In Brad Holmes I trust.
I’d be more pissed about them getting Barton, Cooper at 58 and Cole Bishop at the end of the 3rd… and I’d say there’s less than a 10% chance of the latter two being available (I think Cooper’s going in the 1st, maybe to GB).
They have a lot of picks. They are going to get better. If that’s there haul I’m fine with. I’d be far more alarmed if they went up and got a Fashanu or someone like that.
About Packers leadership outsmarting the Smooth Villain?
They are still mad about the Branch pick and have to make up magical scenarios to try to feel better.
THey still mad they gave us Brian Branch for Dontayvion Wicks

You can usually count on Gutey to blow it by being too RAS-y and thus passing on guys like Branch, but when he hits he seems to hit pretty big (Gary, Love, Jaire). Still, weighted against Savage, Stokes, Walker, Wyatt, Burks, Sternberger, Dillon, Deguara, Myers, Amari Rodgers, Rhyan, he has A LOT more high-value misses than hits overall.
Hopefully they’ll go something like Guyton, Trev Wallace, Dominique Hampton, Keegan, Guerendo.
■■■■ the Packers and their wives…
I would trade that for our pick.
Remember when the Lions used to get their kicks with mock drafts?
In desperation, they could always eat their wives.
The only thing anyone form the Packers could beat Brad Holmes in is an ugly contest.
