That movie was great. Could’ve been for real great if the trades weren’t completely ridiculous 
But still I enjoyed the movie despite how bad it all came together.

Yep that’s exactly what it is.
Their goal is to convince HOU to give something up to have choice.
I think CAR is after Stroud of AR15 and they know Hou wants Young. So why not try to get something in return.
Goal - to spook Houston into trading up.
These are the tactics I would have liked to seen Bob Q. attempt to do. Instead he let it known what his plans were.
