After week 9 last season 3 of the top 4 seeds in the AFC aren’t even in the Wild Card bracket at this point. In the NFC, only the Commanders are out. The rush to bad mouth players and/or coaches when they leave this team, well, our O isn’t what it was and all the bad mouthing of Johnson won’t change that. Injuries are part of the game, seems like we have had more than our share though but we overcame them last year. INDY up and the Ravens down in the blink of the eye. Risers and fallers, I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen anything like what’s going on this season. In the end, it’s a wake up call that this is the NFL and anything is possible. You can’t look down the schedule and pencil anything in or out, you got to bring the right plans every week because just being better than the other guy WILL catch you flat footed. Time marches on, there’s no looking back.

I said this in the Grossi chat, if you think the Lions fans are melting down right now, go check out a Chiefs fan board. Right now their fans are saying they are missing the playoffs, and they are also on the fire everyone bandwagon.

Ah, good, then this is perfectly normal behavior. Whew!

I will say Philly fans have wanted their OC and DC fired every year including this one.

lol / just because the majority are doing it doesn’t make it right or in this case normal! :face_with_monocle::flushed_face::star_struck::collision::melting_face::double_exclamation_mark::winking_face_with_tongue::mending_heart::+1:

Zero NFL teams have less than 2 losses.

Lions have 3 losses.

14 NFL teams have 3 losses or less.

The 4 loss Chiefs are NOT one of those 14 teams.

They are still considered a Super Bowl betting favorite.

I’m not sure I like the way the scheduling is done. I’m sure it makes for great TV ratings but scheduling first place teams against each other and 4th place teams against other 4th place teams will not give you the best teams having the best records. I understand it gives teams like Chi, Indy and NE a chance to have a playoff team but I would prefer a more equal playing field where the best teams win the most games.

Actually if Mahomes and Taylor Swift miss the playoffs this year I would expect the NFL to revisit how they schedule 1st place teams against each other.

I would expect them to revisit how they can double down on how they officiate Chiefs’ games.

They have to give the Chiefs a tougher non-division schedule because they get to play the Raiders twice, and the Raiders are less of a pro football team than they are a gaggle of 4th graders who just discovered the joy of sniffing highlighters.

Oh, that brings up memories!

I think.

At least the items you are sniffing or were sniffing didn’t come in the mail…. From Japan….
