I saw that. Who knows if that’s legit though.

What did Jimbo’s get negotiated down to? It was like 88m before the back and forth began.

Interesting.

Along those lines there have been rumors in Lincoln that Nike is going heavily after Nebraska. Perhaps the sneaker wars are in overdrive currently.

I don’t think I have Adidas anything, but if this is true, I’ll buy something

Doing your part to support them in the payout!

ugh. pass

Alex Golesh of USF will probably be in demand. Rhett Lashlee?

Losing Harbaugh was fine. He was killing our recruiting anyway with his grandiosity and extremely public flirtations with the NFL. It was losing Jesse Minter that really hurt.

Ben Herbert

Harbaugh killed our recruiting, picked a fight with the NCAA, and then fled for the NFL and raided our staff. Guy is one of the most self-serving guys I’ve ever seen.

They landed the #1 recruit in the country. I’m not following you on that one.

That’s because Sherrone Moore doesn’t tell the world he’s going to the NFL every month.

Franklin’s firing doesn’t happen before money enters college football.

I know but Harbaugh won a National Championship with the roster he recruited.

He did. It was a great team and he assembled it.

Amon Ra had a recruiting visit to Michigan. He has told the story of what it was like to meet Harbaugh in person. Very strange. Very ā€œquirky.ā€ The guy is in his own world. ARSB and the player he was with instantly decided to scratch Michigan off the list.

That’s pretty well known since his playing days. His personality isn’t for everyone, but his players at Michigan loved him. He recruited ā€œhisā€ guys.

Michigan isn’t the place where you learn to be a good HC.
