PFF 2024 All Pro Team has 3 Lions

First Team: Kerby Joseph
Second Team: Frank Ragnow & Jack Campbell

Campbell is a bit of a surprise and yet another vindication of Brad Holmes decision to draft him at No. 18 in Rd 1.

No Sewell or ARSB.

In 2023, both Sewell & Ragnow were First Teamers and ARSB was a Second Teamer.

Lions better represented on this AllPro Team:

I don’t think they were paying attention to the difference in the defense with Alex out there Sunday.
No Sewell, renders it a joke.
No Gibbs, proves that it’s either a popularity contest, or, the voters have no clue what they are voting for. 2,000 yards, splitting carries with Knuckles. Look at his production without DMo.
Who cares.

Oh yea because PFF is a joke

PFF has been critical of his pass blocking this year.

I think he’s been rougher at times in that capacity in the past but I also think PFF’s product is in free fall of sorts. Too much brain drain, too toxic of a culture for too long and too much (alleged) extreme thriftiness by Chris.

Their media wing is almost completely unrecognizable as opposed to two years ago.

This has always been the weakest part of his game (though it’s still very, very good on the whole), and I too thought this year was worse than most.

However he makes up for it by being the sort of weapon you can design an offense around, which just isn’t true for any other OL in the league. I’m not sure it’s ever been true. Maybe Larry Allen and those Cowboys run designs.

Apparently, his peers in the NFLPA disagree.
