He looks up to his daddy LeBron. Plus he leaves the game like he is actually hurt.
I’m not seeing a fit. Giannis is a ball dominant power forward that isn’t a floor spacer. Great player obviously so just from a talent standpoint it’s a great fit as he’d be with any team but I’m not sure a guy whose a lane clogging ball dominant forward is a fit here for a guy like Cade that thrives on spacing.
With that said, the Pistons don’t have the assets that a team like Houston has for example so it’s not realistic. It would be a fun add though no doubt and very exciting but I have questions about the stylistic fit.
I’ve watched like a playoff series of this team, but it seems to me they could use some reliable 3 and D wings on Cade’s kickout. It’d also be nice if Duran had a post game. Or a guy like Towns, a big who can hit from deep minus the crying and sunglass wearing at pressers.
There is no real post scoring on thr Pistons. Ausar and Harris and Duten are stretch guys.
Giannis really doesnt clog the lane, he sets up on the wing and the elbow a lot…a ton. Plentynof room for Cade and aivey to work downhill and if you think the pick and rill is deadly with Duren…wait till you get a load of this guy.
Giannis is the petfect fit. 3 and D’s can play off and get shots all day. Giannis bumped his assists way up this year. Cade and Giannis is a dradly deadly combo, big, athletic finishers who are premium passers and rebounders at their position…long…get them a couple shooters in Ivey and hopefully Holland or Beasley rotating in and Duren as the cleanup weakside finisher/alternate pick and roll guy?
Championship contenders. Easy.

Pistons need one its been 21 years they are due again:)
Every game is an effing dog fight. Great series.
Why doesn’t the NBA use its flopping rule?
Here’s a more detailed explanation:
A flop is an intentional fall or stagger by a player to induce a foul call on the opponent, even with little or no physical contact.
When a referee calls a flop, the player is penalized with a non-unsportsmanlike technical foul.
The NBA also has a system for reviewing plays and issuing fines for flopping violations that may have been missed during the game.
The opposing team gets one free throw when a flopping violation is called.
We should have gotten about 30 free throws this series for this shit.

You make valid points, he’s a superstar that would fit on any team but in a league that’s so perimeter oriented and driven by shooting, having two max players who don’t shoot particularly well from 3 could be a problem then you’re just filling out the rest of the roster with depth players.
Fun idea but you better be sure that’s a perennial championship contender if you’re blowing up your roster for Giannis and, man, I’m just not sure.
It is a risk.

It really is a great series. Great way to intro me to the “new” NBA.
Till LeBron leaves there isnt a new league.
Its a lot different than when I watched the Goin to Work crew…
I would trade any Combo of assets not Cade for him. Yes the two would be that good. And I love our guys.
ESPN has an article up about the remaining teams left and what the narrative would be if they won the championship. Well, almost all the remaining teams. 10 of the 11 remaining teams to be exact. One team falls below their ‘1% chance of winning the championship’ threshold. I bet you can guess what team that is?
I hope it is bulletin board material for the next two games.
Sons of bitches
No Isaiah Stewart again
That looks fake. Plus i wouldn’t want to see LeBron
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team like these Pistons, where they just lose balls that are securely in their hands. Thompson seems like his fingers are all buttered up tonight.
We ■■■■■■■ suck at home.
Knicks tough on the road in closeout games.
Pistons look slow
