I’m going Rakestraw. We invested a 2nd rounder in him. Barely saw him last year.
I didn’t include Arnold cause he was already a starter last year… But he has a lot to prove too. Hope he can make a big 2nd year jump

I really think it’s Rake. Not that I’m worried about him, but DBs always get hurt so I feel like he needs to be healthy and ready to step in.

To me it has to be sorsdal. Nobody else is as close to being off the roster as he is. Even bromart is somewhat protected because of the guys we have coming off serious injuries. Manu is only second year. He’s a known project with much higher upside than sorsdal.
I chose him for the same reasons. Sorsdal/Bromart… I expect them to be “mostly dead.” I expect Manu to do something. Rake is almost getting a free pass from me this year because he spent all last year injured.
I give rakestraw a pass for last season. Didn’t they also have him cross training between slot and boundary? Doing that while batting injuries is a tall ask for a rookie. He does need to show something this season. Two unproductive years as a second round pick……not a good look to start a career.
Hooker and Sorsdal. It’s put up or shut up time for both guys. Hooker got demoted to 3rd string and Sorsdal has been passed on depth chart. Bromart is already a lost cause. I don’t think Paschal belongs on this list. He has shown he can play in regular season he needs to stay healthy.
BroMart is someone that Brad and Dan had super high hopes for. They are on the verge of cutting him. I don’t think anyone can generate as much elation or disappointment by the brass as Martin. A once-celebrated pick that both coveted is on his way out unless he proves he was worth their gamble.
i voted for Sorsdal bc I’d be shocked if he makes the team. Bromart is a close second.
I said Hooker, because a QB always has more to show, all else being equal.

Hooker will have to play in the regular season. Preseason is important for him but he won’t win over any believers with a good preseason.
