So The Detroit Lions are going to change their uniforms next year.
Im personally hoping for a tweak on the Blue.
Half the NFL uses Blue. 16 teams with 15 different shades of blue.

My question is. What do you want the lions to do with the color.
Leave it? More blue? More green? Lighter? Darker?

I think our blue really pops on the field, at least on TV. Especially the white top/blue pants combo.

If you have ever seen a REAL authentic jersey. Its darker and greener than you think it is.
I think just a little bluer and lighter would make it REALLY pop.
I ordered a pair of shorts from the NFL shop, I don’t know if they’re the official Honolulu blue or not but probably? Maybe anyway. And man they pop too. They look like I think the pants look on TV. It’s been awhile since I’ve ordered a jersey though, so it could definitely be a different shade than the tv makes it seem. Happened with some of the older ones.
If we win the super bowl this year, we could wear pink next year for all I care.
If any changes, I’d go lighter, but I say we keep the colors.
Unless we’re adding tails, at which point we go brown over maize!
I’m a big fan of an ‘electric blue’ color. Just in general. IMO I’m more for a darker blue/matte type of finish blue. Plus turning the silver into more a blue/silver which is darker but not quite pewter
I think the blue they have now is good. It pops but it’s not blinding.
Leave the colors alone.
Honolulu blue has a slight hint of teal/green in it. Think tropical shallow water color. WCF went to Hawaii and fell in love with the color. If we change it we should make it official. It not keep it Honolulu blue.
I like our Blue’s been around for a long while, and if you change it, what are you going to do with all your Lions’ collections? Honolulu Blue is classy and looks good why mess with it??
I just think its too green. Its the 5th greenest blue in the league.
Obviously Jacksonville and Miami are more

Its a new era. The leaping Honolulu blue era is cursed.

I like the current Honolulu too… But if we were to change I’d go darker…
As it looks on a screen itd likely have to be a couple shades lighter to look that way in person
The lighting at Ford Field, seems to me, alters how the blue looks on the current unis. Looks kinda like a weird Easter egg color. I assume they have LED lighting, which has to be calibrated to keep colors true. I don’t think they got it quite right. The blue really pops outdoors in natural light.
