Positives Only Thread

Martin was a stud on special teams.

Gibbs is still the best running back in the NFL

Hutch is not bad. Barnes I see you.

Jack Fox still rules.

I’m positive they need to cut Gibbs’ touches in half or they will ruin his career

While I agree, not positive. Zero stars :joy:

Im trying to be respectful but its stupid to make a running back the highest paid ever and make him a part time player. 26 touches is too much but 13 is just stupid

New look D-line actually get’s consistent pressure.

He actually had 34 touches…he’s needs to be around 23-25.

We totally outplayed a good NFL team for 3 quarters. Our defense played exceptionally well during that time and we won the game.

This isn’t the first time we have seen these guys get up big early, let their foot off the gas, and almost blow it. Thats an easy fix though. Campbell just needs to shove his boot up some asses.

Yes we should give the ball considerably more often to one of our other running backs who belong on an NFL roster. Let me know when we get one.

Im cool with 20-25 but this idea that’s he’s best in a committee is insane to me.

Should have traded him if that’s the idea

Gibbs gets better every year. But he’s still around 200 lbs. You can’t have a 200 lb guy run like a 230 lb guy and expect him to last. It’s not about the touches, it’s about the power running. Gibbs needs someone to do the power running so he can last a while in this league.

That’s not positive. Positive would be, Campbell needs to shove a feather duster up some asses and give them a good tickle.

Thank you for calling me stupid

He had 34 touches. He averaged 19 last year, 320 for the season. That is a good number to optimize the chance for a longer career. The 650 he is pacing for a season we hope to run 19 games or longer is a recipe for a huge dropoff

Spot on. I know Monty this and Monty that. But he wanted out. We gotta give Vaki and Saylors a few more carries

We won!

Pizza wasn’t good enough for you?

how rude GIF

With the exception of Jamo, everyone we paid came up big in this game. Our core guys are REALLY good and produce at a high level.

Insane to me as well. Monty scores 3 TDs today but he averaged 3.0 ypc…I was one who didn’t think losing him was a big deal. I do however think we need someone competent behind Gibbs. To quote my buddy in another thread Vaki “ain’t it.”

You’re right. We can agree Vaki “ain’t it”.
