Possible cancer again

earlier this month, after a shower, I noticed this Black-ish areas on top of my head, going to a Dermatologist tomorrow to let them get a look at it-possibly test it. I’ll start by saying–I wear ball caps VERY often when outside, trying to keep the sun off my scalp as much as possible and this JUST happened out of nowhere. they are kind of dark patches about hand size on my head. I’ll say I’m pretty anxious about this, because I had cancer before-and a few little knick and zaps from ‘other’ dermatologist’s. I really hope it’s something simple-but as a man I am scared of this being cancer and if it is? I have NO IDEA how long treatment is or what it consitsts of. OR if I’ll have to be hospitalized aaaaaagain, for like the 30th time.

I had basal cell frozen/cut/etc off of my head (had to try a few times) and was told that once you get it, it can pop up in areas where you might not even get any sun. They were very specific about the odd places it can then show up.

Hopefully things get taken care of for you quickly and easily.

I am praying for you cub. What I would tell you is to right now focus on what you know to be true…..that you don’t have cancer….until a dr tells you different cling to that. Easier said then done, keep yourself busy and try not to think about it too much, it will keep your anxiety down. Its a lot easier said then done. I am sorry you are going through this buddy. Hang in there.
