Post-Thanksgiving Day food question

So, question … my wife put the leftovers in a freezer bag yesterday around 2:30/3. We ate around 1:30.

When we got home around 7:30, I pulled the dishes out, and took their temp, and they were around 60. Then tossed them in the fridge overnight.

Safe to eat today? I’m thinking not.

What do you guys think?

Depends what it is really

Turkey, ham, and trimmings.

A post was split to a new topic: College football today

You have to give your immune system a challenge every now and then if you want to keep it ready kick ass and take names.
