No trade one
I would want to see what other safety options were on the board when you took S Brown at saftey. There are a few others I like as much or more than him.

Who ?
He seems a good fit a poor man’s Brain Branch he should be a good fit in that NB/S role that we don’t have and he’s a play maker. The other guy I like there is his Counter part Martin now he can play CB/NB/S and he plays the ball pretty well also.
Just wonder who you are liking
Tried fanspeak - no trades in the free version. you can pick what big board you want. Note the TE pick at 154. I was wondering if any of our draft experts have looked into Kuntz at all? (I mean the football player, LOL)
6: R1 P6 CB Devon Witherspoon - Illinois
18: R1 P18 RB Bijan Robinson - Texas
48: R2 P17 C John Michael Schmitz - Minnesota
55: R2 P24 LB Drew Sanders - Arkansas
81: R3 P18 S Sydney Brown - Illinois
154: R5 P18 TE Zack Kuntz - Old Dominion
183: R6 P6 K Jake Moody - Michigan
194: R6 P17 CB Jakorian Bennett - Maryland
Yeah I like Kuntz quite a bit as a late-round guy, but he has to get healthy. He should be from what I’m hearing, which means he could crush the testing process and rise. He was a pretty highly ranked recruit when he went to Penn State. That said even for his crazy size he’s pretty much a pass-catcher only at this point. Certainly has lots of upside though.
thanks @Thats2. 6’8" with a 40" vertical should be lethal in the red zone.
For comparison,
LeBron James
6’8" 250 44" vert at best, current likely 41.
So, yeah, its kind of like running LeBron out there for jump balls.
I was stuck at 18 and had to take Bijan because he was best available. My only trade offer was from the Browns and they had no 1st pick next year. I’m ok with this draft as a whole.
I could sleep very well at night with this one…
We’d definitely ask for Carolina’s #39 overall pick in that trade-down IMO.
Love all the trade downs overall, but outside Witherspoon and Benton not a big fan of the picks. I think Sewell goes in the 4th round or later. Battle’s got instincts but is slow, those guys almost always go later too. I’d much rather have Campbell where he had us taking Battle and Kancey where we took Campbell. We can flip back around and draft Battle in the 5th or 6th.
Don’t really like Vorhees either I think he might be a dummy. His tape is riddled with examples of him not recognizing stunts and blitzes. I really think he’d get Goff killed. Right kind of mover though so if Brad & Co think Frank can set him straight on a play-by-play basis maybe we’d go for it, but I’d much rather have someone who can handle it on their own.
They got the positions right, no QB’s or TE’s. Honestly, IF these were the guys they took I would simply accept that they know more than me.
