Clevelandā€™s roster is a lot more talented than Miamiā€™s roster IMO.

Dortch to the Bills means Tom Kennedy is most likely returning punts. They can elevate him 3 times before needing to sign him to the 53.

Cause I donā€™t think we even have any other punt returners. St. Brown can do it but a terrible idea to get him hit on punt team.

I think Clevelandā€™s roster is more talented, I think the team as a whole is a disaster. Miami will have the least talented roster in the league this year, but I think Cleveland will have the ugliest season. There is too much turmoil there, and I donā€™t think Todd Monken is the guy who is going to lead that team to wins. Hell just in camp, he had to stop camp twice because he couldnā€™t handle it. Thatā€™s Marty Morhinweg type stuff.

Albert Breer listed the Browns as one of the teams that had the best vibes when he visited in camp. Theyā€™re going to suck but I donā€™t know that it will be the dysfunctional train wreck that you are suggesting.
